JALI Real Estate Ltd is a subsidiary company of JALI Investment Ltd which is an investment company of Rwanda Federation of Transport Cooperatives (RFTC). JALI Real Estate was created in December 2017 to solve Transport Infrastructure Problems in Rwanda. The company specializes in the following activities :

• Development of public parking facilities
• Management of Public Parking facilities
• Development and management of commercial buildings.
• Provision of Vehicles’ Garage Services.

JALI Real Estate was formerly a department of RFTC but given the Cooperative’s Vision of growing the Transport Infrastructure Sector in Rwanda, the Board of RFTC resolved to create a new company specializing in carrying this specific mandate. This will allow JRE to focus on delivering its goals through specialization and building of its image and the leading Public Transport Infrastructure Company in Rwanda.

JRE currently owns 7 parking facilities nationwide ; these include :

• Muhanga Taxi Park
• Gicumbi Taxi Park
• Kabuga Taxi Park
• Kayonza Taxi Park
• Bugesera Taxi Park
• Musanze Taxi Park
• Nyagatare Taxi Park

JRE also rents an additional 7 car parks across Rwanda and is currently developing two additional car parking facilities in Karongi and Rwamagana.
