Nestor KIRENGA serves Jali Real Estate Ltd as Operations Manager from 11- Dec.2019 to date, he is Responsible for all Bus park managers, supervisors and cashiers in the implementation of their responsibilities and Responsible for the collection and safe guard of parking fees, service fees, Rentals, Fuel bonus for the Drivers, follow-up and monitor the insurances businesses in Jali real Estates

Mr. Nestor from 2013 to 2018 worked as Senior Manager at Unguka Bank Plc closely with other Branch Managers, responsible for identifying business markets and Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans and designing credit products, credit policies and procedures and prepare an annual plan for performance of all business bankers (balance score cards). Before joining this position he was Head of Recovery Service and Regional Business Manager at Unguka Bank Plc.

Mr. Nestor KIRENGA from 2011 to 2013 worked as Head of BUSINESS GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT AT BARCLAYS BANK PLC RESPONSIBLE FOR Overseeing the day to day management of the business development team and Devising strategies for driving sales growth across the business, setting targets for new business development for the business development managers and executives.

Mr. Nestor KIRENGA From 2009 TO 2011 WORKED AS PROGRAM ASSOCIATE- RESPONSIBLE AND INCLUSIVE FINANCE IN AMIU (Association Of Microfinance Institutions In Uganda) with the responsibility of Coordinating product development activities and product improvement for AMIU member MFIs.(AMIU-Association of Microfinance Institutions in Uganda) and Promote responsible financing by member MFIs by managing all projects related to Financial Education.

Mr. Nestor KIRENGA, has master’s degree in Microfinance Management form Iness Ruhengeri in collaboration with ACQUADEV (Belgium University), Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Makerere University, Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship Development from Kyambogo University, Professional certificate of Business Administration from Respect University (Canada), Certified Credit Professional (CCP) from KASNEB – KENYA.
